Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Went to whataburger and had to wait 30 mins. to get my order ready. When I finally got to the pick up window for my order I immediately knew what the problem was, everybody standing around talking and laughing or playing on their cell phones. This is not the first time I witness this but it just may be the last for me. I love their burgers but their ser ice sucks.

Had a terrible experience at the drive thru! When I got my meal, sauce was all over the outside of the bag and they handed me a soupy malt. When I asked them to remake the malt, it took much longer than the time they gave and it was not the flavor I asked for.

We stopped for lunch on the road. It was the rush so I understand being busy and having to rush, that said. We were told they were out of regular ketchup they only had spicy ketchup. I asked if they might have anything else for dip and was asked what I'd like I suggested ranch or honey mustard and was told those were $.50 each. I was not going to stand in the line out the door to buy a couple sauces for the fries. I asked if there was anything they could do and was told by the manager "we are out of ketchup, its not our fault, our truck didn't come yet." She then turned and left without another word or thought. They kept running out of other things, they were out of diet dr pepper when we arrived, while we were there they ran out of ice, another customer came up while I was near the front with at least 3 burgers that she had to tell them were raw. The food was ok, but the manners and service were lacking here.

Service is slow, several tables dirty so limited clean seating,no towels in the mens room, ma ager was working but didn't seem to be doing anything to improve the service, food was edible but definitely nothing great when you pay almost $20 for a kids burger meal and an adult burger meal, there's better places to spend your money when traveling

No one working the front desk, the drive thru was too much for the staff to handle, haven't seen a place so poorly mismanaged left after waiting 10mins. Not sure is this is Mississippi or Whataburger, guess I'll never know. Hard Pass.
