- BWBobbi WinninghamMay 9, 20261.0Ive been to this location probably 5 times and every time there has been an issue, I go to the drive thru and every time its "what can I get you" never, welcome, do you have a code. And every time they sound like its an inconvenience to take my order. Today was the worst, I got no greeting, what i got was "shut up Bill" then she asked me what i wanted, and I had to tell the girl I had a code more than once and when I got up to the window to collect my food, they had given it to the car in front of me, which was a mobile order I believe. The food is always fine but not one person in your drive thru has good customer service skills. Ive worked at McDonald's so I know you need to be personable in the drive thru but you need to retrain some of your workers cause they suck at customer service. And for this reason I promise I won't be back at this location. And I know it won't make a difference to you or the company but seriously, do better

My order was ready quickly and was brought to my table with a smile, along with another person with a tray of condiments. The staff checked several times to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. They took my tray for me when I was done. The ordering kiosk actually had paper in it to give me my receipt and order number. The restaurant was very clean. All those things are rare at other McD's, in my experience. I loved it! I'll be back.
