  First indication I should've got my money back was after I ordered, I went to the restroom. Filthy. Floors slippery . I've worked in restaurants before, if the bathrooms are dirty, the kitchen usually is. Floors were greasy thru the whole place. The drink area had gnats all over the ketchup and trash area. Didn't get the right order and when we finally did get our food and ate, it was not hot. Like, how do you mess up basic food so bad? The owners of this place should be embarrassed. There's a reason I don't often eat McDonald's and this place just re-enforced it. 15/10 avoid this place.

  The Purvis McDonald’s has by far one of the meanest managers I have ever came across.Annalise was her name, or atleast that’s what I was told. She shut the window in our face instead of talking to us like an adult or any manager should. Then our order comes out not right and we send it back and she comes to the window with her attitude again and asks what’s wrong with the food. So we told her and she got another attitude and tried to tell us how to order the next time which is exactly how we ordered it this time. Long story short is she was extremely rude and did not act in a way a manager should.

  Ti asked for tables to be wiped while waiting for food. Nobody ever did. Finally after getting food one of the hamburgers was wrong and fries were cold. I then asked for fresh fries and a remake to fix burger. She brought fries and I asked are they fresh she said they been done around 5 minutes or so. I still never got the remake. We had done ate everything else and still did not receive burger. Then I go back up there and ask and they was all confused. Well the guy is making it fresh then a girl finds it and said here it is. By that time it done cooled down. Cleanliness not at all Customer Service terrible nobody even smiles with customers Wait time terrible. There was another customer asked for something to wipe tables

  I will not order spirt berry blast never again I ask the manager to remake and she told me it ran over the drink looks nasty yall need to do something about this the customer always right
