  Most terrible McDonald’s in America by far. They always get your order wrong, takes literally over an hour to get your food when you are the only one even there. Completely incompetent employees that can’t even seem to understand the most basic English. This place has been consistently bad ever since it opened. This McDonald’s needs to be taken over by a franchisee that knows what they are doing because this location is terrible and has been terrible ever since it opened.

  What are yall doing in there.... serving hit tea I was told the ice machine didn't work whilst my wife's coke was ices to the max and I told her just to throw it away and she magically found more ice to out in it burgers were all made wrong I literally get plain burgers with onions an cheese only and they went out the way to make a full mcdouble.... come on bro this establishment is rapidly declining because of lazy teenagers...... get it together yall.

  The staff is usually pretty friendly, sometimes very friendly, the food is usually good (sometimes I have issues with unmelted cold cheese on the burgers but that's about it) but the service time is almost always abysmal, even when they're not busy. I think "Can you pull up to the next window?" is the unofficial slogan here.

  This is about the McDonalds in Purvis, MS. As straight forward as I can be. This is the best run McDonalds or any fast food restaurant I have ever seen. The people are fantastic, especially Alyssa. The food was perfect as expected. Everything was clean! Visit here!
