  Worst of the worst I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but somebody seriously needs to tighten things up at this location because the quality has really gone downhill hard lately. Tonight’s order was honestly a mess from start to finish. We ordered 2 pizzas, a double order of BBQ wings, and cinnamon sticks. Both pizzas were made wrong, the extra cheese we paid extra for wasn’t added, and we only received one dipping sauce for two orders of cinnamon sticks. The wings were the biggest frustration. The last several times we ordered BBQ wings, they barely had any sauce on them. This time we actually CALLED ahead and specifically asked for extra sauce because of the repeated issue. We were told “no problem.” Then we got home and opened this. Barely any sauce AGAIN. Just random drizzles across dried-out wings. (Photo attached.) On top of that, the wing box leaked grease so badly it left a huge grease puddle in my leather seats. How can they be dried out AND served in a pool or grease? Oh and the final insult to injustice the cinnastyx we ordered were actually garlic bites yuck....on a good note the only thing they got right was the frosting lol. Worst order we've ever received. We order wings all the time and have never had that happen before. I understand mistakes happen. I understand food costs matter. But when almost every item in the order is wrong after multiple chances, customers start feeling ignored. This location used to be really good. That’s why this is so frustrating. Loyal customers shouldn’t have to cross their fingers every time they place an order. Seriously disappointed again...... Of and when I called to say hey yall got every single item we ordered wrong....she offered to credit back our card for the purchase and claimed they were training a new crew with only 3 days exp. Im sorry but if I worked an easy job for 3 days I think I still know the difference between cinnasticks and garlic bread. AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY 60SOMETHING DOLLARS EITHER. Must not be trained on refunds either. #worst dining experience ever.

  This location has the worst service. Ordered drive thru after waiting forever and finding out no one would come to the window went to the front, after the workers saw me they still would not come to the window. Ended up leaving without my pizza and ordering else where.

  Zero consideration for customers waiting to pick up a pizza that has been completed per online order. No one at the counter or window. There are plenty of other pizza places with great service nearby dont waste your money and time here.
