  Jacks sometimes doesn’t get the credit they deserve! The food there is excellent. And when you order on line or thru the app, you can bet your order will be ready when they say it will be. They haven’t failed me yet! The chicken fried chicken dinner with gravy and mash potatoes and green beans is amazing! 10 out of 10 to me!

  I am beyond frustrated with the service at this Jack's location. Every single time I go through the line and specifically request no breast, they deliberately put a breast on my plate anyway, and when I send it back they’ve even had the nerve to do it AGAIN! As if I won’t check twice.. Jack's allows you to substitute pieces for a fee, and I am always completely fine with paying that extra charge. I am paying for my food and paying for the substitution, yet the staff acts openly mad and angry just because I ask for it. Getting visible attitude from employees and having an order repeatedly messed up when I'm actively paying to have it made correctly is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address the bad attitudes and train the staff to actually read order substitutions accurately.

  Food was ok but lacked flavor. French fries were very salty. Ordered DR Pepper and it had a weird taste. If I lived here it would be doubtful if I would eat here again.

  We got the chicken fried chicken and the crispy chicken salad. They were both excellent! We will purchase again.
