  Waited about 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Pushed the button 2 times during that period.. and never got anyone to answer. Drove off and ate elsewhere. This was 10/2/2026 7 p.m. ish. I've always enjoyed Sonic food.. but your servers last night need to straighten up.

  Went to Sonic for breakfast this morning, and the experience was absolutely horrendous. I ordered a combo and clearly asked for cheese. The response came through the speaker in a loud, sarcastic tone, asking me to repeat myself. I slowed down and repeated the order clearly, but then I was asked which side I wanted. When I simply asked what sides were available, the response came back so loud and so fast that I couldn’t understand a word. At that point, my wife had to step in and finish the order. That is not customer service. It was unnecessarily frustrating and completely unprofessional to treat someone that way when they were simply trying to place an order. Maybe it is time for Sonic to bring its ordering system into the 21st century. You already have a menu beside the customer’s vehicle, so why not install a touchscreen where people can select exactly what they want, see the options clearly, and submit their order without struggling through a speaker? The technology already exists. Unfortunately, Sonic’s ordering experience has failed to keep up, and the attitude at this location made an already outdated system even worse.

  As of now I’m still waiting almost half an hour for a Sprite Zero. I’d pull away but I already paid for my drink!

  I ordered 8 Jr bacon cheeseburgers & 4 fries, spent over $30.They were the worst burgers I have ever tried to eat.

  I have not yet had a problem with Picayune Sonic. I like it. It's a drive up and order. Stay in your car, or step out to an outdoor table. They bring it out to you.
