  I’ve visited this DQ several times for both meals and treats, and the food quality and service are usually great. However, my experience on the evening of Thursday, April 30, 2026, was disappointing. The cashier was friendly when taking my order at the intercom and again at the window. After receiving my food, I politely asked for a few additional items, and she responded kindly at first. However, when she turned away, her attitude noticeably changed. I overheard her expressing frustration to a coworker, saying, “I am so over the people—why can’t they ask at the window?” When she turned back to me, she resumed being polite, but her expression quickly shifted back to frustration. I understand it may have been a busy evening, but it’s uncomfortable as a customer to hear negative comments, especially when spoken within earshot. I hope this is just a one-time situation, as my previous visits have been positive.

  The food's not bad, the restaurant is always clean and the Queen's crew is always top notch!

  Delicious fresh food cooked exactly how I ordered it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathrooms here are really clean and smell good.

  The slow and inept fry guy went to the bathroom about 10 to 15 minutes after I placed my order.. I stopped in for a quick kids meal for my daughter.. I went in as there was no one in side, and I thought it would be quick.. dead wrong..

  Was told they couldn't make my burger because they supposedly ran out like an 1hr15min before they close and they said they couldn't cook the burger!! What a joke like people work nights and i was so heated i just asked for my money back and drive off. This place is a joke.
