  The employees are wonderful. My wife has a gluten intolerant and the cook brought her extra items to make up for not having bread. After we left, we sat in iur car to plan the next leg of out trip. A gentleman came out asking if we left her purse inside. They were such nice people and the food was excellent.

  Only reason I didn't rank 5⭐️'s k is unlike many of the other Jack's in other locations (all that I've eaten at actually) they seldomly and when they do it's very very lightly put the cheese salt on the fries... which was what made Jack's to me...

  Jack's Southern in Philadelphia, Mississippi. I will never eat there again. I've tried their hamburgers when they first opened and they were great. 6 months later they're starting to serve them cold. I haven't ate it Jax in many months. I was there today in town so I said I want a chicken sandwich pull through and parked went inside. Looked at the picture I said yeah give me two chicken sandwiches fried when I got home opened it up. I was totally in shock. Two buns no sauce. A couple of pickles with a round pre-made chicken. Patty not fried it's pre-made and they just warm it up. Not a chicken breast. It's pre-made beef. Patty like a hamburger pad. It's amazing and it cost 12 bucks for two sandwiches. I'll never walk back in that place again. I wish I made a picture of it so I could post it also. But I choked them down because I was hungry.

  I had to wait a little longer for my chicken, but the guy working was a true professional. Apologized when he brought out the food and told me what was in the bags to verify the order. Give that man a raise!
