  You can tell if a burger was hot when the cheese went on. My burger was cold. Fries cold. My wife's plate went in the bag upside down. Got to clean my car seats thoroughly now. Won't ever return to Petal Jack's.

  Did the drive thru at around 1 on a weekday and didn't have any wait. Service was very good. Friendly and quick. The chicken sandwich was less than stellar. The chicken itself was very good however there was nothing on it except pickles!! No condiments whatsoever. The fries would have been very good had there not been an entire salt block on them. I ended up throwing them away. So word of advice if you aren't a serious salt lover, ask for unsalted cause I'm sure there's enough salt on the warmer to make up for it.

  If I could give no stars I would. I called about my order and freshness of my food. The manager was rude and wanted to argue with me about the food I paid for. I have pictures to prove the food was old and unable to be eaten

  The xl pink haired lady was rude for no reason and was rushing us to order with no line behind us. The food is good but need to work on customer service…

  Ordered 12 wings, and a 4 Piece tenders. Was told to move up to the corner after paying at 7:31pm and minute after minute passed. At 7:40ish a worker came out to serve another car that was told to pull up to the corner to wait for their food because they forgot we were up there and the worker told us 2 more minutes for the wings, and no but 5 minutes later we saw the same worker sitting down eating his wings. 7:58pm finally another worker came out and asked if we had a totally different order, therefore reinforcing the idea that they completely forgot us. Then when the worker walked back by from the other car behind us I asked for a refund and to get my food because it was 30 minutes of waiting for no food. I went in after the worker to get my food because she told me to because she needed to talk to her manager about the refund. Finally at 8:01 I got my food (that they had to prepare because they never made it in the first place) but the manager never offered a refund and instead tried to offer pies instead. NEVER got my refund and NEVER going back until the current management of that place is changed because the manager did not and does not care because this is not even close to the first time this has happened.
