  Wait was long despite it only being myself in the restaurant and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Repeatedly watched the cook touching the fridge, his phone, amongst other things and then touching the food without washing his hands or even putting gloves on. 🤮 Cashier was nice though. Evening shift around 4:30pm. Overall, probably won’t come back.

  Brisket sandwich was a disappointment. Expensive as well.

  The last three visits at 9:24 PM, 9:30 PM, and 9:41 PM, we were refused service because the restaurant claimed they were “closed,” despite still being within posted business hours. All three times, the same manager refused to take our order. During the last visit, I called the store to document the issue, and the employee hung up after I asked if they were closed.

  The food is generally pretty decent. The main concern is that the service is extremely slow.
