  Hi I'm sorry for the poor review, and I recognize this likely isn't the fault of the workers, but me and my husband got SEVERE food poisoning from the popcorn chicken here. Last night I started vomiting and I could not stop for six hours. I racked my brains trying to figure out what might have caused it, but once my husband jumped out of bed and actually almost vomited ON me because he couldn't see I was already in the bathroom and he was in that much of a hurry, I knew it was the chicken, as this was the one thing we mutually ate. I had to go to the hospital because I waited and waited and waited for the sickness to stop but after it started at 1 AM (we got the chicken for dinner) and was still going around 8:00 AM, I knew I needed to call an ambulance. I vomited everything from my system and then well past that, it was so painful and I got so weak I couldn't even just hang my head over the trash can anymore. And I'm already being gross enough so I won't go into details but I'll just say we weren't JUST vomiting. I was becoming very dehydrated by the time I got to the emergency room. PLEASE yall, don't eat the chicken here, or maybe at any Sonic, just in case. Especially don't give it to yalls kids, it's not safe right now. My husband's job has been really bad about not having much work to do and I hate that one of the only days he was supposed to go in for work this week, he got severely ill, and we are already living on an extremely tight budget (I only got Sonic in the first place because we were given a gift card). I already didn't know how we were going to make it next week, and now I fear both that awful check coming in as well as his job questioning the validity of him getting sick on a Friday. Things have already been next to impossible and what was supposed to just be a nice dinner someone helped us buy became me sitting in the ER from 9 AM to 5 PM and my husband missing one of his three shifts this week.

  This sonics give great service the food was fresh and hot I love the burgers here definitely coming back again.
