As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- EMElijah MontgomeryMay 4, 20261.0The rude lady in the front was very rude and kept interrupting us while we talked all we did was ask for a refill of a drink and she denied it saying they don't allow refills when we're outside eating at the tables which in the past I have always gotten refills from them this lady was just really rude about it and I said where is it posted then saying we cannot be provided a refill when we sit at the tables and eat they don't have it posted and they don't have to have it posted last time I checked if something is posted then that is the rule like say if you go to a restaurant and they say oh I got a $5 bag and then they turn around and try to say oh no it's $12 or something odd cents when on the board it says $5 before tax this lady needs to be fired for the way she talks to customers and how she treats personnel another lady was trying to explain to her that we were sitting at the tables and eating she denied listening to her and told her to shut up and get back to work I am sorry for that employee I hope our day gets better but the big black lady in there needs to get some manners and learn how to talk to customers
