    We’ve been going every weekend since they opened and the first time was awesome! The second time was ok and then every time since they’ve had to remake our order. I get it’s new and people are training I get all of that but I placed the same order every time and every time it’s had to be remade how can one drink be made 3 different times it never tastes the same?!?! We got home and threw 2 of the 3 away. They are training so maybe allow the one that has experience to make the drink……… but instead the trainer made the drinks and it never was correct. After sitting in line holding up everyone else I didn’t want to turn around after I tasted mine so we just left. But why offer a drink that can sometimes be made depending on who is working??? As expensive as things are these days you definitely want to get what you order.

    I was enjoying Dutch Bros until this morning (8/13/2026). Nothing but a bunch of high school mean girl energy. If your workers are going to talk crap about customer at least do it to where they can’t hear. I came this morning and order the same drink I’ve ordered 6 times before. It was completely wrong. It wasn’t the same color nor tasted the same. It was a completely different drink. I went through the line again. It was fine until I got to the window. Black girl at the window asked was it a remake and I said “yes this isn’t what I ordered and explained I always ordered the same drink and the issue” while I’m doing that someone next to her (white girl) proceeds to say “that is what you ordered yes it is” and they bust laughing out loud. I have a photo of both drinks. Drink on the RIGHT is the correct one. They’re two completely different colors and consistency. I even let my husband taste the drink on the left and he agreed it was awful and undrinkable. Only rated food a 4/5 because every time I’ve been in the past it was actually really good. I’m 28 with two sets of twins. I don’t have time for the mean girl energy when I’m simply just trying to get some coffee

    I understand they y’all are kind of hiring anyone right now because of the fact that y’all are a new business and y’all need help however, if you have a bunch of children running a place you can’t expect it to do well. My coffee tasted horrible and usually I haven’t had a problem with it. Usually, it does taste good but today there were a bunch of kids in there cussing and fighting arguing and my coffee was horrible.

    I love my Dutch Bros, I go to the Altamasa store in fort Worth . These Bros at the store are such gentlemen and always have a smile. I have gone to the Locke Ave for months and I love my ladies there, they remember me and always ask about me and my health. I'm telling you that it doesn't matter which one you go to because they treat you like family and that's rare. I've even gotten up at 4:30 to n the morning to go to get they're sleeve for your cup not including the sticker's and a lanyards. I just love them and I go every day or at I try to. 🤔❤️

    Horrible customer service. What happened to the customer is always right? There was a long line, so I waited. As I was waiting I start to realize that they were only getting the customers from one section. So I get upset then as my car gets hotter I realize that I’m stuck. I’m waiting inside a hot car because I have no a/c. I’m annoyed and hot at this point, but I continue to wait because I’m stuck in the line. I waited even though I’m ready to go. I can’t do nothing but to wait. I finally see the employees so I call them my way because I was there longer then the car they was headed to. I informed them that I have been waiting longer and that I was hot and that my a/c doesn’t work. They say we are sorry but we have no way of knowing who was here first and they are trained to zigzag the line. I say ok and I put up my card because I was ready to pay and give a tip , but since you all want to undermine my feelings I left. I can very well take my money and business somewhere else. By the way I still had to wait to get out of there. After they decided to go ahead and get the other driver’s order before mine I left. Thank you very much. Locations Pearl, MS waiting time 30min for nothing and a bad experience.
