    The way the dribble thru line goes is STUPID. You dont order ahead, you just sit there until you get to the window or someone comes out with a tablet. After about 10 minutes innline a guy came out with a tablet, took orders from cars that came in after us and directed them in front of us. Took our order and literally shoved the tablet in my car to ask for a tip. A tip for what you ask? Im not sure. I suppose doing the job you're hired for entitles you to a tip nowadays. 25 minutes for a coffee is absolutely insane.

    Dutch Bros coffee is a very fast up and coming coffee house. I first encountered them in California and it's nice to see them finally make it here. They are in the running to upstage and bypass Starbucks for the top coffee spot. They have classic coffee styles of all kinds as well as energy coffee drinks and protein coffee drinks also. Their service is good and fairly fast. Their atmosphere is nice. They control overhead and prices by their venues being walk up and drive through window only.

    Sadly we were unable to try Dutch brothers tonight on 10/4/26 at around 530pm. The young African American girl working the drive thru lanes took a large order from a truck then went inside and disappeared while 5+ cars were waiting to order. And because we were unable to drive off we had to wait 15-20 more minutes to be able to leave. All in all we were trapped here for 30 minutes and left with nothing. If the franchisee/manager of this location doesn’t care as it appears they do not then I don’t think this location will last long anyway.

    I really enjoy Dutch Bros and have always been happy with the quality of their drinks. My frustration is with the online ordering process. When placing an online order, I’m given a specific pickup time, but my order is rarely ready at that time.I often find myself waiting while walk-in orders are being prepared, which defeats the purpose and convenience of ordering ahead. If online orders cannot realistically be completed within the estimated timeframe, I think the pickup times should be adjusted to better reflect the actual wait. I would much rather be given a later, more accurate pickup time than arrive at the scheduled time and still have to wait. The products are great, but the online ordering system could definitely use some improvement

    The wait times are extremely long even when I order ahead. They do not get the order details correct, something is always missing. If I ask for light ice, they do the opposite. If the recipe say banana they will not put any in.I do not go back to get it corrected because that would take almost another 30 minutes. While I do like their drink options, the wait times and inability of staff to get the order right each time makes me not want to go back.
