  I like the atmosphere. Seem like a getaway place. The food was good. Only thing I wish for newks was if there sandwiches was bigger, but I guess there style is we only going to carry you until next meal. Every time I go there they are helpful in picking what food to get. It's not like a duty, but more like they enjoy helping you. That carries on more sometimes than the food, What's funny is sometimes the worse customer service have the best food.

  I order here all the time. My largest catering order was terrible. I hold Natasha responsible. I was given a small salad when it was suppose to be medium. After a debate, she made additional salad. I had to ask for the rack and wick cans and she handed me the rack and a bag with one wick can while saying your two wick cans are in the bag. I have never received those in a bag. I called her when I realized and she said we only had one. And you gave it to me in a bag saying two and you knew it. I paid $500 for this order. I deserved to have a neat and complete order without a deception. I will never order a large catering order from Newks again. Its not worth it. Natasha did a sloppy job and wanted me to accept it and go away, no matter how much I paid for it.

  Wouldn’t answer the phone and refused to take a carry out order an hour before closing time. I love the food but the staff is terrible

  I got a to go order it was so good I was pleasantly surprised! Staff was friendly and the food was great fresh salad and the Mac and cheese was on point.
