Today's drive through Jimmy John's employee rude and was annoyed that's she had to take my order. Advised this employee I'll take my business somewhere else. I will never do business with Jimmy John ever through out the United states. This location just lost my business, my friends will never do business with Jimmy johns as well.

Who ever the lady was on drive-thru Pascagoula, MS 6:37pm on sept 29, 2026, was having some sort of sarcasm fit while i was ordering i ended up canceling my order due to the crappy customer service. Who ever you have working that drive thru has no business interacting with customers. I hope this message finds the manager as well as corporate you will not have my recommendation to visit jimmy johns ever. And trust me this wont be the only place i leave a review.

I gave Jimmy John’s in Pascagoula a chance because my first experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me exactly why I never went back. I ordered the Italian Wrap through DoorDash. Since DoorDash did not allow me to add special instructions, I called the store directly and spoke with Mark, who I was later told was the general manager/store owner. I specifically asked for the Italian dressing and Jimmy Peppers to be placed on the side, and I was assured they would be included. They were not. My wrap was already ordered without mayo. That made the dressing and peppers even more important. Without them, the wrap was unbelievably dry, bland, and honestly not worth eating. I ended up throwing it away. I called the store back expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, Mark told me he had no control over DoorDash and offered me a $1 credit toward a future order. DoorDash was not the problem. The store failed to include the items I personally called and requested. Offering a $1 credit for a meal I could not enjoy was almost more insulting than helpful. And after tasting the wrap, I definitely was not interested in a credit toward another one. The food was disappointing, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service were worse. If a customer takes the extra step to call the store and confirm a request, the least you can do is actually follow through. I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it.
