  I haven’t reviewed yet but when i heard that Jimmy John’s was coming to Pascagoula I knew that we would be frequent fliers. The customer service sealed the deal. The employees there are quick and get your order correct 9/10 times. They work to make sure you are satisfied and that they fix it if they don’t. Definitely not a place I have to “check my order before I leave the window” because I know that it is likely right. The food is good, typical Jimmy John’s. My fam wishes they carried olives and I am with them on that. We don’t eat inside often but when we do it is a clean and friendly environment.

  So I placed an online order ahead of time so by the time I went to pick it up via the drive thru window, I’d pick it up fairly quickly. I stopped at the speaker on the drive through and told them I had arrived. The guy, who spoke in such a low, lazy voice, (I could barely make out what he was saying) told me to go to the window. I waited for at least 5 min and no one even came to the window to acknowledge I was there or tell me that my sandwich was almost ready (which it wasn’t). I honked 4 diff times and no one came to the window. Mind you, there was no one in the drive thru lane. I decided to park, and get my sleeping one year old out of the car, already annoyed bc I had a 5:30 meeting at Gulfport and I was running late. I walk in, and 3 people are chitchatting it up w one sole customer without a care in the world. And none of those 3 people could go to the window and tell me, your sandwich is on the way or explain why they were taking forever. I decided to back up and park, unbuckle my already sleeping one year old and go inside to see what was going on. Well the woman, Christine and the only customer (who had no business telling me anything). starting telling me to wait bc there’s a line ahead of me. Mind you, my order came before the guy that was already there. There were 2 orders. Mine and then his. They told me I had no business telling them anything. I was shocked bc I as a customer do have the right to ask and wonder what is up w my order and complain about customer service. They told me to be patient. I’m sorry but the reason I preordered was bc I was in a hurry! Other times, I wouldn’t have cared. Except for the other night (Saturday night) I had gone there only to get a homeless guy some food. I waited there for like 20 min for a sandwich. I waited patiently and when the girl finally handed me my order, I told her that they had never taken this long to hand me an order. I had told the homeless person to wait for me bc I was gonna get him jimmy John’s and he left bc it took forever. I saw him walk away 😭 the reason I go to a fast food place is bc I want food in a fast manner. It just happens that every time I get my order in a fast way, it’s only when a white guy is there. I’ve worked in the food industry. I grew up in the restaurant business. We were taught extremely fast and super friendly service to every single customer. Hence why we were constantly voted number one in the state for food and service. If I would have seen the speed with which 3 people were making sandwiches for only 2 customers, chitchatting it up w the other customer w no worries in the world, I would have fired them, especially when they make it seem as if I was at fault for not getting my food on time. The manager needs to check his cameras and see how his employees lazily work. That speed in which 3 people made 2 sandwiches is ridiculous. I will also let corporate know.
