  Ice started raiding Oxford and sonic decided to put "best ice in town" on there bill board. On the other side it says "we salute linemen" So unprofessional and uncalled for! I eat lunch here everyday... Not anymore! Customer service is always poor here and ppl have found roaches in there food.

  Placed an order for a wacky pack hamburger meal (add mayo and onion). Meal comes out with ham and mayo instead. I send it back and get a burger with only pickle and mayo. Talked to the lady and I told her EXACTLY what I wanted.. I actually got what I asked for except they made a CHEESEBURGER! I then asked for a refund. The young lady handed me my voided receipt asked for the burgers back.. I happily handed them back because clearly they were made for someone in the kitchen.
