- MSMarion SewellAug 2, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Jimmy John’s. I ordered a #1 with only meat, cheese, and lettuce, and asked for it to be toasted. I was told the #1 couldn’t be toasted, so the employee told me I would have to order a different sandwich instead. That was completely fine—I specifically explained that all I wanted was a toasted sandwich with meat, cheese, and lettuce. When it came time to pay, I asked to use a Jimmy John’s gift card. I had the gift card number and PIN, but the physical card was with my child four hours away (it was a birthday gift because Jimmy John’s is her favorite restaurant). The employee wouldn’t even attempt to enter the gift card information, despite me having everything needed. The most disappointing part was that I drove the sandwich four hours to my child, only for her to open it and find it covered in some kind of sauce that I specifically did not order. After explaining my order multiple times, it still wasn’t made correctly. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor customer service, unwillingness to help, and an incorrect order. I expected much better.
