  Title: Misleading hours and poor management ​It is very disappointing to stop by this location at 5:30 p.m. and find everything shut down and closed, especially when both Google Maps and their official online information state they are open until 8:00 p.m. ​This inconsistency is a clear sign of poor management and a lack of attention to their customer communication. It is not right to advertise operating hours that aren't being honored, as it wastes the time of customers who drive here relying on that information. ​If they want to earn a better rating, they need to be professional and either update their information immediately or respect the established schedule. For now, I am leaving a two-star review due to this poor oversight.

  Amazing experience tonight!! Espresso machine was down and Taylor was perfect in helping me find a perfect drink to make up for it. I never stray away from my brown sugar shaken espresso and got the perfect drink tonight!! Such an amazing experience.

  the guy Connor at the window is a real class act. I go through the drive through to order a Mango Banana daydream refresher( I’m a regular) who usually gets the strawberry daydream refresher so his first mistake was making that drink instead of what I asked for. He goes back to make what I asked for and it was still wrong then he makes it a 3rd time and he scooped the regular cold foam off top and just added the banana cold foam and I told him I can tell you didn’t remake my drink bc the regular cold foam was still on top. He says well you should’ve told me that. WHAT!!!? yall really got the boy in there with that kind of customer service? Then he refused to give me corporates number. He kept slamming the window then coming back every 3 seconds knowing he was wrong. Do better Dunkin!
