  I went to this location, after not having lights after a major storm of August 24, 2026. The young lady came out with the wrong order initially, I waited so long for my food that I had to get out of the car and go to the door to ask to speak to a manger and I was informed that there was only 2 people there working at the time. After getting my food, the young lady said free of charge after a 45 minute wait. As of today that was not true as my credit card was charged and there was no refund. I trusted that the refund was gone be done. Thank you!

  I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Sonic location with two to-go orders. For my first order, I checked in when I arrived and waited about 20 minutes with no update. I eventually pressed the red button to let them know I was there, even though I had already checked in. After that, someone finally brought my food out, but my order was incomplete, my BBQ sauce was missing and my fries were cold. I had to ask for hot fries and the missing sauce. My second order was even worse. The order disappeared from the screen, so I pressed the button again to let them know I had a second order under a different name. I was told over the speaker that when it disappears it means they’re on their way, but no one ever brought my food out. I waited over an hour total for both orders. While I was waiting, an argument broke out with another customer who was having the same issues. The manager in the green shirt did not de-escalate the situation and instead brought attitude toward the customer she was speaking with and also toward me over the speaker previously, which made the situation even worse! It also seemed like someone was taking orders off the screen so it wouldn’t run the times up, which made things even more confusing and frustrating. Overall, this location is not managed well at all. DO.NOT.COME.HERE!!!!!!!!
