  I usually don't have trouble at this location but last night I had the rudest young man take my order. He was irritated after every item I ordered and when I asked for ranch and marinara with my cheddar peppers he only put ranch on the screen, so at the end of my order I asked for marinara sauce and he was very rude about it, like I had asked for a kidney or something 😒 then when my order was delivered there was only one ranch and no marinara sauce. The person who delivered was nice so I just didn't bother. The way he spoke to me was no way to talk to anybody much less taking an order.

  I’ve never had a bad experience here but the past couple times I’ve had my mobile orders messed up. I understand mistakes happen. I’ve worked plenty in fast food, but reading simple sides is not hard. Sonic DO better!!

  This place has employees who let personal problems affect their ability to do their job. Wouldn’t even let us speak trying to get the order right because she don’t like me had to place 3 separate orders bc she just kept cutting the speaker off

  I just placed an order after months of not coming to this location, and this is the 7th time I’ve had issues with my food being incorrect. I spent extra money for a special side and flavor add in just to get a plain burger and cold fries. This location is terrible and needs better training. And a refund would’ve been great for the extra money I spent towards my food. A lot of people come during lunch breaks and I don’t have time to be arguing about an order.   I have ordered multiple times at this location and they’re always impersonable not to mention my order is NEVER correct! Don’t even ask them to make it right, because you’ll be let down all over again! -RT44 Sweet Tea -Easy Ice -Add EXTRA Sweet Cream for $0.80 I end up with a UNSWEETENED TEA with very little sweet cream (can’t taste it-just see it) and extra ice instead of easy ice.
