  Was told at the last minute that the ice cream machine wasn't working and couldn't be provided a refund b/c the app said that it was being prepped. How is it that a billion dollar company can not find an effective way to fix something as simple as an ice cream machine. Will definitely be not be visiting any of the locations in the area anytime soon.

  I like this McDonald's, they put right amount of breakfast in my burrito. The staff was nice, and food didn't take a long time to get. Good job, on the good breakfast.

  Did a mobile order and accidentally closed my app and couldn’t see my code anymore. I tell the lady on the speaker I don’t see my code but gave my name and can show I paid for the order on my phone. I get told “we can’t find an order without the code” and no matter what I said that was the only response she would give. I asked well how am I supposed to get my food I paid for if the app isn’t showing my code anymore and got ignored until someone else came on and said the same thing about the code. I know my order was on the ticket they have printed and could have identified it that way and confirmed with my digital receipt. But no. Luckily the app reloaded and I got a code and was able to get my food. But when I pulled forward I was greeted with attitude at both windows. They refused to give me a physical receipt and MADE me go to the second window and said get it there. At the second window they opened it and all but threw my food at me. Not a thank you, have a nice day or anything. And I didn’t get my receipt. I understand the code is required but you can’t tell me that is the only way to find someone’s order. And even if there isn’t it’s not okay to turn around and be rude to someone over an app glitch. I was not blaming the employee but when the only “help” they offer is “you have to have the code” that’s being lazy. It’s funny they force a code at windows but when you go in they have never asked me for one. They ask what I ordered and give me my order without a code. Every time I go inside instead of the drive thru. Do better.

  Food was cold when I got it from door dash and my job is only a mile down the road no condiments at all all the things I ordered was not even in my order I even ordered something else and paid for extra condiments for my breakfast and still didn't receive my items

  I doordash a lot and frequent this location. They don’t greet or acknowledge you, if you want to be helped you just have to hope somebody walks up to the counter for you to say “excuse me, can I get some help?”
