  My family and I frequent this location...especially on Tuesday and Thursday 💜 service is always great and the food is as well. Tonight we went to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. Jay and Colten were the 2 waiters assigned to take care of our table of 30 and they were both AMAZING! Thank you for helping us celebrate our son's special day 🎉

  Went here for lunch today and everything was exceptional. Food came out quickly and accurately, I sat at the bar and my bar tender, Jen, was very attentive and friendly. Had a great experience and plan to be back in the future!

  This is our Monday hangout. The staff know us when we walk in and immediately start pouring. Terrance and Jen are our favorites but everyone is nice! The Philly beercheese steak sandwich is the best!!!

  I try not to say anything, I really try to understand after years of working in fast food and restaurant service that people just have off days. But it's been months since going here and again, my order comes in a way that feels like these employees wouldn't be so appreciative if the shoe was on the other foot. From the prep of the box, to the way the "lemon pepper hot" isn't even just regular lemon pepper but just straight up regular, naked flavor wings, is just nonsensical. The fries were fine and the cheese curds as well, but this is what they just do and you don't know if it's because they want a tip or not because even at times where I tipped well didn't make a whole lot of a difference and even then, I understand needing a tip for the work, but I'm not even driving up there, I'm walking. And you mean to tell le I walked 45 minutes for this? This isn't raw chicken bad like Wingstop, but just the most blasé type of treatment because these reviews ultimately mean nothing to them when half of them don't even care ti work there in the first place. All in all, just save your money with any restaurant in Olive Branch and buy some actual good food in Memphis because this just ain't it, heck, I'd walk 5 hours to Nashville for some wings before I got here again.

  Sat down to do some school work and eat and it took 20 minutes for a manager(rusty) to come around and asked if I was have been helped. I then tell him I’m not sure if I even want to eat here because of how crappy the service was and how long it took anyone to talk to me, then he proceeds to tell me if I’m not gonna order anything I have to leave because they can’t have homeless people just walk in there and loiter. Which I took to offense(keep in mind I’m not homeless nor do I look like it). He was on the edge and seems like he hated his job. Will never give my business back to them again with their attitude. I know they’re not losing much by losing me as a customer but my overall experience was terrible. Thought since it was fairly slow I would have a decent experience but turns out it was the opposite.
