  Very good but interesting that they don't have 'bone in' chicken at that location.

  I was excited to finally get to go to bojangles right? I go in and say good morning to the lady at the front and she made an ugly face and just looked at me. I should have left then. But I really wanted to try them! So I go on and order. Meanwhile the workers are talking about some off work gossip and cussing up a storm. Very unprofessional to cuss like that in front of customers. It took forever to get my food. And the food was cold! It was taking so long I was thinking at least it would be hot and fresh right? WRONG not only was it cold it tasted old old. I only took one bite and spit it out in napkin. I went back to counter and explained in the nicest way that they must've made a mistake cause my food was cold and old. I just asked if they could remake it I would rather have the food than a refund. The lady refused! Not only did she refuse she accused me of trying to get free food! Every person in that place is so rude. I will never go back. Matter of fact ill never even try another location.

  I got hung up on twice because the employees at your establishment are rude. I was just asking for if y'all got the triple double biscuit sandwich and I was discriminated against and laughed at because of my accent. Yes I heard people laughing in the backround. Absolutely DO NOT reccoment anyone comes to this place. Horrible experience.

  Drivethru order taker is a bot. Paid for a 4 piece for a 2. Food wasn't bad m, but not worth everything else.
