Went to this place a few times when it first opened and thought it was alright. However, after returning tonight, I had a very different experience. The menu has been slashed to only a very select few items, all of which appeared to have borrowed or AI generated images of the items, as they did not at all match the final product that came out.
Upon being seated, my friends and I ordered our drinks and started looking over the menu. We ordered, the appetizer came out, and it was about another 45 minute wait before we received our meals, during which we were once brought a refill and not checked on again. When the food came out, I asked to have one of my friend's loaded fries. When I touched it, it was cold, and the cheese-adjacent-concoction that had congealed on top stuck to my fingers. Gross. Sucks for him, but I assumed mine would be at least warm. I was wrong. It was like someone set it under a warmer, took it off for about thirty minutes, and then whispered the word "warm" over the top of it. I ate a couple of pieces of fish and paid my check because whatever, no big, you win some you lose some.
I was lucky enough to be the only one at the table whose check came out correct. Everyone else at my table was charged for 1/3 of an order of fish and chips that they did not purchase. The friend who ordered loaded fries also noted that the menu said the loaded fries were $10 and came with jalapenos, bacon, cheese, and ranch, but he only received jalapenos and cheese -- and was given an upcharge of $1 for both the jalapenos and bacon (that he did not receive)!
Godspeed. Lesson learned the hard way. At least the atmosphere was decent.

Was once a pub with quality food, good service, and a fun atmosphere. Go to the grocery store and purchase the lowest quality frozen food you can, over cook it in the air fryer, and forget about it for an hour. Not only will you have had an identical experience to eating at this establishment now, you will likely have saved yourself $50 in the process.

Wow okay, where do I start with this. First thing, I have been to Ash's many times since it has been open and have loved it for the most part. When I went in today with a group friends, I was excited to get a chance to show them all the food I loved.
When we walked into the store, it was fairly empty and only seemed to be a few people drinking and nobody ordering. The menu had completely changed. Not the worst thing in the world but the menu was definitely heavily ai oriented. I hadn't realized that the restaurant saw an owner change in late April, but my friend told me that once I pointed out the menu. I ordered the double smash burger. Had a group of 5 people ordering. Appetizer came out in ~15 minutes which was fine. Meals took 45+ minutes, which is crazy given we were basically the only people getting food in the pub.
Now let's run down the fun part: the food
- My double smash burger was not a smash burger, but just smaller than normal patties. Clearly someone does not understand what smash burger means. it was also burnt.
- I requested no onions and got onions. The burger was supposed to have a pub sauce, which apparently is just mustard, ketchup, mayo because those were the only sauces on the burger (and weren't listed on the menu....)
- Despite my food not being great, at least my food was hot. About half of our tables food was cold, including people's fries, which are basically inedible when cold.
- The food, which was a such a bright spot of the restaurant has gone off a cliff. I wouldn't be shocked if it all came frozen from a box.
We saw the waitress about 2 times in our wait for food. No apologies for being late, no updates period. After we finished, and we were finally able to flag down our waitress for the checks, we received them and saw 3/4 of them were wrong. 3 of ours were charged for 1/3 of an extra meal, and one was charged for bacon bits on his loaded fries, when he didn't get bacon bits.
TLDR; This beloved restaurant has changed ownership, and now has poor, overpriced food, long waits and has poor quality control. It's a sad day for Olive Branch.

Went in to during the day just to check out their menu, but I was told quite rudely that didn't open until 4:00 pm. When I asked to see a menu, once again I was treated rudely.
