    I went there today and a women was very rood to me trying to tell me that o was wrong enter I did nothing wrong she didn’t even ask me if that was all or tell me my price at the end when I saw something was wrong and she never responded so I had to sing them and I go there all the time but never got treated like this

    Okolona Sonic is like a McDonald to us in our little town. I can say the food is always fresh. It better than the other one from the other towns. They take pride in their food.

    Good Evening, During a recent visit to Sonic, I experienced an issue with the service provided by the manager on duty at the speaker, Brittany, who was speaking in a manner that I found unprofessional and unduly loud. Fortunately, another manager was able to resolve the situation. Moving forward, it would be beneficial to ensure all staff members are trained in effective communication techniques, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a calm and respectful tone, even during busy periods. This would contribute to a more positive customer experience. Thanks for your time.

    if there was a option for negative stars yall would have -10 stars because why in the hell would i not want onions on my burger then yall proceeded to give me onions rings instead of tots like i asked and gave me not 1 but 2 diet dr pepper’s worst service and so nice ive ever been to
