Called the store to double check that they would deliver to the street that I had asked because it was the home of a passing family member. The delivery was supposed to have been at 5 o’clock. About 5:25 we received a call that said sorry your delivery is 13 hours away and I said, what? Then after checking he said well it’s actually 20 minutes but we sent our delivery guy to a different location, we assumed it was the street and therefore we cannot deliver. I reminded them that I had called two hours prior to double check that it was possible to deliver to that address and that everything was in order. It was a very humiliating experience, during a sensitive time for our family. The employees refused to work with the situation, even though it was a mistake on their end. Final answer from them was, Sorry we’re not going to take it, at that point we were an hour past the delivery time. Poor management, and the worst customer service.
