- FCFaZe CupidJul 22, 20261.0I placed an order and came to pick it up. The experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The employees never properly greeted me. Instead, they continued what they were doing before even acknowledging that I was standing there. I ordered a Hut Box, and the first issue was the chicken. It was absolutely saturated in sauce to the point that it spilled all over my clothes and inside my truck. I went back inside to get napkins, so the employees witnessed exactly what happened. No one apologized or showed any concern. After cleaning up as best I could, I returned to my truck and took a bite of the chicken. It was extremely hard, so I spit it out. When I looked at it, I saw that it was pink on the inside. I immediately took the food back into the restaurant and requested a refund. I was told that because of “changes in management,” they could not refund my money. Instead, I was offered a store credit. After the poor customer service and being served undercooked chicken, I have no intention of eating there again, so a credit is not an acceptable solution. I left the food at the restaurant, left without my money, and was told to call back tomorrow. That is unacceptable. If Pizza Hut can take my money today, it should be able to refund my money today. I am requesting a full refund immediately. I should not have to wait until tomorrow to get my money back after receiving poor service and food that was not properly cooked.
