  I'm tired of ordering and paying for extra breakfast sauce and not getting it. Hell I'm lucky if I get any. The other OS location has no issue putting the extra breakfast sauce on my bagel why does this one? Every time!

  I’m not sure who the MOD & the drive through girl was on 4/22 around 10:45pm but they both were RUDE. I asked if they could manually enter my discount because I was told my code wasn’t working and I mentioned that I had the same experience the previous day at another location and the manager manually entered it because neither of us knew why the app code wasn’t working. The drive through girl told me she couldn’t do it because she wasn’t management and I asked her if she could ask her manager and I heard someone in the background say “what do she want or what is she asking for” in a rude tone & a few seconds later the drive through girl said “yeah my manager said no” .. I understand if it wasn’t possible to do for whatever reason, even though it was done at the exit 50 location but there’s a way that you communicate with great customer service

  Evening crew always gets my order right as of late and good quality too. First time im happy with the OS McDonald's ever lol

  Me and my child went to get food and overheard the a WHITE employee say the n work and the manager just laughed it off and continued to make racist comments to the black employee. McDonald’s please treat your staff better idk how that girl became a manger.
