  We have visited the new Ocean Springs location twice. Both times, at lunch, the special entree meat was not available, service was very slow when no lines were there, few employees, and very limited supply of items available to add to burritos. On one visit they were out of queso at 11am. So needless to say, I think this location can improve over time, but seems to be off to a rough start so far. We may consider giving it another try later this year.

  I bought a burrito bowl and for $16 I expect the cheapest ingredient (rice) to be fresh. From the first bite, I was met with old hard bits of rice. The rest of the ingredients were as expected, but it is hard to eat them with hard stale rice. The staff was very friendly. But this has got to be a management problem. How about making sure these very young people are serving quality, fresh, ingredients? Crazy thing is that I bought 3 bowls and I am almost positive those will also have the same stale rice bits throughout them. 😒

  I was more excited about Chipotle opening near me than the Chick-fil-A across the street from it. It's been a major disappointment so far. They always seem out of a protein or two, or queso, or something. Either supply lines are already worse off than we know, or their managers need work on their ordering. Also, never sure how much food you are going to get depending on which staff member prepares it.

  Not what I expected. Very small menu. Either a burrito or a bowl. Kind of a community sit down, like a cafeteria. If you're a yuppie this place is probably for you.

  You need to get someone to help the poor girl making food. There is a line of 10 people behind someone ordering 8 entrees and she's doing everything. It's ridiculous. There are other employees here that could jump in.
