  They are out of most items, and even the general manager doesn’t know how to add coupons in the system. He said I have to call customer service because it’s a technical issue. Dude is just chilling — focus on the store, bro. Most stuff is out, and it’s a new location, so it seems like he doesn’t care.

  Like most Chipotles, 2 people are working, 5 people are standing around doing nothing. And somehow they still run out of half the meat, all the veggies, and get mad if you ask “weird” questions like “do you have cheese?” 2 stars appears to be the best you can get for a Chipotle down here.

  Highly disorganized, took 35 minutes to get my food after it was meant for a pick up of 12. Also watched as priority was to to go orders in line and the drive through. Was told multiple times they didn’t have enough food for my order. And food wasn’t hot when I got it after waiting for it to be cooked fresh. I also couldn’t cancel the order after waiting for a long time. I expected issues with a brand new store but not like these.

  I did not want to get my hopes up because the D'Iberville location was such a let down. I tried OS location today and was pleased! I went during lunch rush, and there were some minor issues (not taking cash, stuff running out, etc.) but everyone seemed to have worked well together. Customer service was lacking from everyone on the front line except the cashier. She was kind, bubbly, and worked well under the pressure. I am hopeful that the quality stays consistent at this location. Super excited to have a Chipotle in OS!

  Ordered a quesadilla online for pickup and was very disappointed in the quality of the Quesadilla. It was mostly a dry Tortilla with nothing in it and not worth the price. I went through the drive-thru and it was such a waste of time because they could not find my order and made smart ass comments of “You probably ordered it for somewhere else or maybe it’s in your wife’s name”. I’m widowed btw and the guy just shut the window and walked away and left me sitting holding up the line. I understand they just opened but this is a big franchise I know they had a lot of training but maybe the wrong leadership.
