Should have designed this one like Diberville. The mobile order line should not be going slower than the other line. Then once you get your food, you're trapped until everyone in front of you moves. It takes forever to get through the drive thru.

Service times are through the roof for this location. In Gulfport or Diberville it takes maybe 15 minutes in a wrapped around the building line. Every time we come to the location in ocean springs it takes half an hour or more to get our food. We sit in the drive through line for a long time and then sit waiting for the food at the pick up for atleast 5-10 minutes after all that.

Like most CFAs starting out, this one was quickly overwhelmed with customers, but the pace has slowed considerably making the experience much better. Staff have been very patient and friendly. Food has been very good, but it still can take longer than anticipated to get your meal (from time to time). Mobile order and drive-up ordering lines seem to be operating as expected now too. Overall, great addition to fast food options in OS!

"I am glad that Jackson County finally got its own Chick-fil-A. For the most part it's always packed, but that ain't unusual for this franchise anywhere. I've tried other Chick-fil-A locations that I thought were a bit better than this one, but I can't count this place out just yet. If you aren't patient, beware that the drive-thru line wraps around the building for the most part. Just giving the heads up just in case you got to get back to work or in a hurry. Also, they do have a kiddie area, so it's a great family restaurant. This is an awesome addition for Ocean Springs and the coast area.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. About 75% of the time, I drive past the location near my home and go to the D’Iberville restaurant instead because nearly every visit to the Ocean Springs location has resulted in an issue. Over the past two weeks, due to my work schedule and a death in my family, I had to visit this location three times. On my first visit, I ordered a salad, but there was no dressing in the bag, forcing me to make another trip back. On my second visit, the fries were so salty that I honestly thought I was being punked. When I took them back, I was given what appeared to be the exact same fries. I understand this is a relatively new location that’s only been open for a couple of months, so I tried to be patient. However, my third visit was the most disappointing. The owner or manager, a tall, heavyset man, around 6’2” and approximately 245 pounds displayed some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a Chick-fil-A leader. I was carrying a food bag and two large drinks, so I politely asked for a drink carrier. He huffed, acted visibly annoyed, and eventually brought one back with a poor attitude. I understand businesses have to manage costs, but providing a customer with a drink carrier shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. Chick-fil-A has built its reputation on outstanding customer service, and unfortunately, this location falls far short of that standard. At this point, I’ll continue driving the extra distance to D’Iberville rather than returning here.
