  O M G I AM PISSED CLOSE IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY FIRE EVERYONE. Food was cold sat there waiting on it to be brought to the table and I went to the counter looking for she has it sitting on the side and said “I was waiting for someone to bring it out I can’t leave from up here” mind you I gave her my name why didn’t you just call out? And the people behind us sat next to us and got their food before us so how were u waiting on somebody to bring it out before ours ? And they brought theirs yall are a joke Fries was cold sandwich was cold forgets my ice cream sweet tea wasn’t sweet tea first experience going and never again I’ll stick to Diberville close immediately OS. Managers crawling in and out the building to get paid but not makin sure their customers were satisfied

  It’s nice that there is a chick fil a closer to where we live. The place looks nice and clean. The food tastes just like it should. Now let’s talk about the service! I went today around 2-3 pm. I’m sure that some of the young staff they have are new to the working world, but I did not have a great experience! It looked like chaos and pandemonium in the drive thru. The organization was not there at all. I also waited way too long for my food only to get semi warm fries, no straws, no fork, no ranch and missing a cookie. A lot of that starts with management and training properly! Hopefully all can get together. I would like to have a better experience next time!

  I was waiting in line for an for two hours to get my order and I have mobile pick up i will not come back again if the service is going to be so slow, they are very unorganized and told me that my order didn't go through their system as a mobile order worst Chick-fil-A location I've been to will next come back again and cause everyone to get food before I did.

  35 minutes for a drive thru and fast food, is huge distruption, especially for those going to work and appointments. Any other Chick fil a understands managing the flow. The creamer for my coffee was missed. The buscuit was quite greasy. I could have gone into Waffle House twice and had a full breakfast prepared fresh. The managers need to up their game, as this is and should be a very popular location. However, location is not everything, I would drive to Dibreville for speedy, quality service. Have a good day!

  We love all our chick fil a’s But this one in particular, and the wonderful “Miss Tammy” really made our day. She was so good with the kids and constantly stopping people from having to leave their seats for refills, etc. She even went to get our kiddos ice cream as soon as I stood up to get it myself. She was great with him!! Great good, service, and attention to detail and customers. Extremely busy, but everyone got their food within 15 minutes of ordering I’ve seen franchises that have been open a decade that can’t match this opening week service. To the owner: your up to a great start I hope you end up with multiple franchises like Mr Jeff up in Hattiesburg I’m going to tell him he has real competition down here
