  Our whole order was messed up. They basically did what they wanted with our order. We were missing a whole kids meal, mine and my daughter’s burger was incorrect, & my fiance was missing his burger. Fries were old on top of that.

  Extremely disappointed with the food quality and wait times here. We placed a mobile order for ASAP, and the initial wait just to get our food was over 15 minutes. When it finally arrived, the burgers were pretty much at room temperature, and worst of all, we found hair inside my son's burger. Even though we had the receipt showing exactly how it was supposed to be made, they had to remake it 3 separate times after the hair was found. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes in total just to get a correct, safe meal, and the slushes were mediocre at best. The only positive part of the experience was the carhop gentleman, who was very nice and polite. However, management seriously needs to address the kitchen's basic sanitation and service speed.

  Hands down the absolute slowest restaurant in town. Ordered on the app. Took forever to get two hamburgers, even though they were not busy. Needs better management apparently.

  Friendly carhops.... this happened today 6/22/2026 The sonic in pontotoc Mississippi in they need to train their carhops on adding and subtracting ... I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce no mayonnaise... add bbq sauce and onions...my ticket was $12.02 ......I paid with a $50.00 dollar bill and 2 cents and she gave me $37.00 back .. I told her $12.00 from $50.00 is $38.00 and she tried to give me $2.00 more dollars and I told her, that she is gave me $37.00 and My change supposed to be $38.00 you owed me 1 dollars..MS.ashley needs to learn her math..
