  My family and I visited the New Albany McDonald's this morning on the way to vacation. New Albany is usually been a reputable place. However, the people that I encountered this morning were foul and ill mood, especially the lady in the pink shirt and then the one girl who said I don't know I just got here And started my shift very rudely so this is what happened. I went to the kiosk to order my family's food, and it would not let me select a large drink. It said they were out of stock. I was unable to order at the kiosk then I went and stood at line I was in the line for at least 10 minutes and nice man had to say honey. Let me get you some help, the woman comes over to proceed to take my order and everything's going fine or taking the order and then I asked her to make sure to make my drinks for an extra small and by the way, she said that there was large drinks she says they don't have extra small drinks. She basically said they do not exist so then I went on my app and they were definitely in stock to order this morning, but she said that they were out of the cups and then the girl who had shift just started I don't think she was the manager because I had a irritated look on my face. She said I'm not even gonna give that girl her receipt because she being rude Like the receipt is not on my app. I used the code so it went straight to my phone. This is awful. We have to stop treating people like this as I was walking out. I heard that shift leader talking so nicely to the old Vietnam veteran who was ordering his food where is this kind of service Get some better workers and instead of the Scally wags, also decided to try the new crispy chicken biscuit. It tasted like it was a day old had been sitting there for five hours My husband's sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was hard as a rock. Definitely not up to McDonald's standards if corporate would've seen this they would be in big trouble. I will call corporate as well. $30 for oh and by the way, it cost $30 for four biscuits and Three small drinks and one large UNACCEPTABLE

  Worst location ever! 30-40 mins waiting on a non moving line, get to the window recieved the food that wasn't mine kept waiting, guy asked if I needed something else I asked for a cup of coke for the long wait he says he can't do it 😂😂 the customer service they have is on the floor! Sloow and not customer friendly

  I've stopped every morning since the beginning of the year. Not anymore. Rude people that don't like taking your cash money. Will not take a 50 a 100 and the service dang sure not worth going to get smaller bills and coming back. Never again!!!! I'm now a burger king loyalist!

  some rude people work here !!!!! Your trying to order food they outside !!!!! You say something to them out your order they looking at you side ways . People on ft and talking to you very unprofessional.
