    We ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes; we waited over 30 minutes and we still didn’t get our shakes!! Four employees came out and asked what had we ordered and NOONE apologized and said nothing about the delay. One of them brought us 2 cards for a slushy and she said our card will be credited in a couple of days!!! 🤬🤬🤬 No explanation???!!!!!!!

    I travel for work and use the Sonic app often. The Natchez, MS location is failing in every way. I always customize my order and they get it wrong 100% of the time. I use the app, they don’t read. No excuse. Multiple times I’ve had my order lost. Today I was told “we didn’t get it”. I have the order on the app and the receipt in my email. When they got it sorted out I had the wrong drink and the wrong food. Of course. I give up.

    Regarding Blasts and Shakes: you literally doubled the price in less than 5 years, reduced them portions significantly and you’re lucky if you even get a teaspoon of whip. And the blasts aren’t even mixed half the time. All the cookies are literally at the bottom. The fact that you’re next to Walmart is a good thing so I can pick up a weeks worth of treats for what I pay for 1 medium blast.

    Apparently, no one on staff understands that a strawberry limeade is made with sprite. It's NOT lemonade with limes and strawberries in it. Seriously. 5 times in 3 weeks. Does no one on staff know how to read the ingredients of their menu items
