Workers handling food were not wearing gloves like they are supposed to. Understaffed or just don’t care when they have customers pile up. Also heard the phone ring like 5 times while here and no one would go to answer it. Took 20 mins to get someone to ask me if I was picking up. Food says ready on the screen but still have to wait more for them to finish up the wings. Big order is what we had, but they don’t handle customer service or policies that the company gives. Manager or owner needs to retrain them to make sure customers are happy while here so they have retainable business. Food is good, service is terrible at best.

Ordered takeout. Pizza was cold, crust was soggy. I felt not only cheated but disrespected. Should be zero stars since I couldn't eat it.

It's 8:30 p.m. it says they close at 10. It's apparently to late to place an order...

This location was in Natchez Mississippi on Highway 61 South. Our Pizza was almost burnt, had very little toppings even though we ordered triple toppings, cashier was rude and service was horrible! We told them we were dining in, had to ask for cups for our drinks, they brought the pizza out in a to go box and with no plates to eat on! We had to ask for plates and napkins! Will not go there again!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut.. I ordered bacon and pepperoni add jalapeños and banana peppers.. Entirely too many jalapeno peppers and the pizza nor cheese sticks are cooked all the way through…This was at 106 Hwy 61 South Natchez, Ms
