  I was at the drive thru the lady was real rude to me when I asked to take off a double cheese burger that she added. Won't be going back

  The drive thru experience here was one of the worst I have had by far! There are two lanes to drive thru, and as I pulled up, the automated voice came on as usual but then nothing... I sat for about almost 7 mins and watched the lane to left have their orders taken and then I watched about 4 vehicles go ahead of me before I was asked what I wanted. I was almost late to my doctor's appointment due to this. There were about 3 cars behind me pulled off because of the wait.I am hoping this isn't an everyday event with this particular restaurant.

  The service is horrible! Employees stand around and look at you and act like nobody's in the place. Food is bad, orders are often made incorrect and there is an attitude that comes with it. Overall if you must have McDonald's go to vidalia la.

  We dined in here on 5/26 and our kids got their kids meals and we got two Big Arch Combos and the kids were done eating by the time we got them and they apologized because it takes longer to cook the larger meat. Got back to the table and they were BLACK. Pictures attached.

  Fries were cold I had to ask for fresh fries. I tried the Big Arch for the first time it was okay, lettuce was lacking it was meaty I would order it again.
