  Ordered online. Drove to restaurant and was told they were out of meat. I had to include my phone number on the order, why couldn't they've called me and saved me a trip. Worst Sonic location. Consistently out of meat items. I won't be back.

  I got sonic today, and I specifically said no onions because I am deadly allergic, and of course they put ALOT of onions on my smashers. I went to press the button to get a new one, and the lady had an attitude saying ill be right with you, she never got back to me even when there was literally no other cars in any spots. ALSO if your going to ask what sauce you want for your fries or chicken tenders then GIVE me the sauce. Its called fast food not do everything wrong food. Not to mention when you dont give them exactly the amount ur food cost, they'll keep ur change as a tip for themselves even if you have $20 in change. So sonic next time someone says dont put something on their food then dont, yall are going to seriously harm someone. You never know if someone just doesnt like something or is allergic. I only got to eat my fires which were the most awful fries I've ever tasted. Teach ur employees how to correctly make food. Im never going to sonic again, and I will be taking more actions because that could've costed my life if I didn't noticed the onions. Shame on yall.

  Trashy location, boards don’t work, 2 employees for lunch rush, took ten minutes for two drinks BEFORE we decided to just drive off to Dairy Queen, don’t waste your time here.

  Very rude and disrespectful. Woman walked off rude due to having barely any hearing. I asked them to be patient with my grandmother and was given rude responses. Very unprofessional.
