  Employees are always rude, you get your food after waiting 45 mins and the order is wrong with cold fries... it's like that 90% of the time.. wish they would train their Employees how to be respectful to the customers.. it's ridiculous how much this place has went downhill 😐

  The food was fresh and hot. I ordered in the app and picked up inside. I wasn't acknowledged while I waited 6 min at the counter pick up spot even though 3 different employees looked my way (grill man, fryer lady, shift manager). The young lady bagging orders never turned around until she handed me my order - she was too busy reading something - maybe the schedule or something from higher up management. I saw the shift manager ? (lady in red shirt) grab a piece of bacon from the hot tray with her bare hand and take a bite. When she made eye contact with me she ducked around the corner to finish her snack. Even though we made eye contact she didn't acknowledge me. The pick up counter was visibly dirty with greasy looking marks. The floor in the restaurant had food remnants at a few tables. I saw at least 7 employees but apparentlyno one was assigned to keepingthe restaurant swept. I'm traveling through the area and won't be again until the fall, hopefully they'll be more aware of their lack of customer service and lack of cleanliness overall.

  Anytime you eat here be prepared to wait because they will have you parked so far down the parking lot you have to go around the buiding to get in a parking spot.

  THE SLOWEST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN. 10 mins in line no body ordered. 15 mins AND STILL IN THIS LINE FIRE THEM ALL. Replace them with robots

  The website says open 24 hours but they tell you in the drive thru that they can't take any orders due to staffing issues.
