07/23/26: First time to this location. Pull through to the drive thru to order. No one ever came to the speaker. After waiting 5 mins and saying hello multiple times, I pulled through to the window. I asked the gentleman was the speaker broke? He said no, it might just be my “truck”. Mind you, I do not have an exhaust so my truck is not loud at all. I said ok well I’ve waited 5 mins to order & no one ever came. The gentleman took my order, my money & asked if I wanted sauce & shut the window. After waiting 15 MORE mins for my food, I finally get it. The meat tastes old, it’s definitely not fresh and my fries were cold and tasted funny as well. I am not one to leave a bad review but this was unacceptable. I won’t be back, sadly, Arby’s is my favorite fast food restaurant.
