  The young lady at the drive through I believe her name was Kenya she was just so sweet and friendly she had such a good attitude my food was good as always

  On 2/25/26 I ordered food. I got to the window and they had to remake my order because they gave the wrong food out. I drive back to work and while sitting in my car the order was missing the pie. I drive back over there and go inside the manager was rude and said it’s not her fault. It’s all the new people. They gave me a free pie. By the time I got back to work, I didn’t have time to eat. They mess it up a lot! On 2/27/26 my daughter picked up my food. When she picked me up she said my bag of food in my lap. The au jus sauce ran down my legs and between my legs burning everything. I called and complained to corporate. That manager called my boss lying saying I cussed at her and showed my ass. I didn’t. My boss told me just not to go back over there. On February 28, the division manager called me and apologized for the manager. Said she would come visit and bring me some coupons. I said cool. I’ll eat in Grand Bay. She never showed up. March 4th, I messaged her and she apologized and said she got called out of town to Texas and she would come see me the next week. Never saw her. Still have not saw her. I wish I could add a photo here of my burnt legs but…. It’s nowhere on here. I am finally able to post this now because I no longer have that job and am no longer at risk of getting fired over this post!

  Meagan was absolutely one of the worst cashiers I have ever encountered. She knows her stuff when she is ACKNOWLEDGING customers. I picked up an order for myself and my coworkers. When I got back to my job, also in customer service and never treat our customers like that, there were items missing. So I had to go back to get my items: I stood at the counter for over a minute at least. But she ignored me, while telling a story to the other two people working with her. They even tried to tell her I was standing there waiting and she continued her story. I finally had to get kinda ugly for her to come around the corner and ask me what I needed. It will be a long time before I go back there. To the location in Moss Point.

  I truly don't know which one is the best. You got the chicken salad sandwich, turkey and bacon ranch, corn beef reuben and the gyro, but their sandwiches is always fresh. It don't taste like they been cooked forty minutes ago. Location can be easy to pass by so keep a eye out if you looking for it, but my personal favorite the Reuben and the French dip royale. Oh yeah I forgot- Don't go to Arby's with pocket change
