  My sister went to get me a chicken sandwich meal with a dirty Dr Pepper and cheese tots. My order is right on the ticket but I opened my “sandwich” and it was a bacon breakfast toaster. I took a drink of my dirty Dr Pepper and there was no soda in it whatsoever it just tasted like someone poured in water and the flavoring and that’s it. My sister had to call to get them to bring my food out and they didn’t even give a straw. I should have stopped coming here after I found clumps of hair in my milkshake.

  Sonic is typically spotty at best and I grew up with these in OK. But this has to be the worst one for 500 miles. If you cannot figure out how to take an order please reevaluate your job choice. Inept staff would be a compliment. I can only imagine the food quality would match. We left when they took +5 minutes of talking to the lady on the speaker and listening to the staff yell at each with the mics on. This location deserves to be closed as it's harming the brand. Bozos.
