  I went to this Sonic location and ordered three medium sprite via the mobile app. I checked in the app it mention my order would be delivered at 3:43pm. I waited 10 additional minutes even after telling an employee I was waiting for something as simple as drinks. Several other customers were waiting even leaving the worst experience!!!

  Never using sonic app again or ordering it Sonic on north hills. 3 days trying to get refund for two drinks and no one willing to help. Lots of promises of calls and investigating but no result!

  I ordered a medium mozzarella stick and a medium slushie and I sat at this sonic for over 40 minutes. They kept denying the button calls and other people came and went before I ever heard from anyone. Horrible service will not be back here.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Waited 25 minutes for ice cream. Pushed button again to check on the food and she was like oh yeah it’s coming. Another 15 minutes later we still didn’t get our food. We didn’t even order food and it took so long. I had to go inside and request a refund.
