  I ordered a medium mozzarella stick and a medium slushie and I sat at this sonic for over 40 minutes. They kept denying the button calls and other people came and went before I ever heard from anyone. Horrible service will not be back here.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Waited 25 minutes for ice cream. Pushed button again to check on the food and she was like oh yeah it’s coming. Another 15 minutes later we still didn’t get our food. We didn’t even order food and it took so long. I had to go inside and request a refund.

  This was once the greatest Sonic in Meridian. No longer is this the case. It takes forever for an order to be taken. Rarely is properly taken. One is lucky if the order is brought to the car within an hour of having placed the order. It will be cold and missing parts of the order. The carhop will be rude and act as if you are a convenience. The service has definitely diminished. This location can do better and it should.

  This is the most ridiculous sonic I’ve ever been to. I ordered my food after about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to answer. After pushing the button. I ordered my food I paid for it at 25 minutes of sitting there. I pushed the button and asked what was going on. They told me that the food was on the way right now and I’ve been sitting here now another 15 minutes since they told me that this is the shortest excuse for Fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen management needs to be fired. Ownership needs to do a real look through of their employees. This is ridiculous.

  quite literally waited 30 minutes for a SMALL order of cheese sticks & a drink. ridiculous IMO. 🤷🏼
