  Visited on Mother's Day, floors were horrible...food and trash everywhere. I notified management and they stated the busters are supposed to sweep. I watched the servers pull tables over trash and continue to seat customers over trash and food. No one attempted to clean the trash and food off the floor.

  I ordered the Ribeye and Shrimp for entree. I asked for medium well temp. It took over 30 minutes for the order to come out and was so over well done that it damaged the knife! The server was cordial and took it back for a re cook. I asked for a medium temperature steak. A manager (Jay) brought out another LEAN well done alleged ribeye. This manager Jay was incredibly insulting even on the second attempt! As I expressed further disappointment in the disappointingly offer, she began to “educate her customers” that don’t understand steak temperature. She further advised that she has had “educate customers all day!” The pictures clearly show the temperature of the meat! And the lack of marble along with the flash fry side is disappointing to say the least! My server was empathetic and caring! The kitchen and leadership could use a refresher recipe training and service/experience recovery. Such a disappointing meal.

  I recently visited Outback Steakhouse and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Two items were missing from our meals, one of the steaks was severely overcooked, and when I contacted the restaurant about the issues, the response from management was extremely dismissive. I explained that I was only visiting for a short time and did not have transportation available to return to the restaurant. Despite this, the manager refused to provide a refund for the missing items and instead stated that a gift card would be mailed in “about two weeks.” This resolution felt unreasonable considering the mistakes were entirely on the restaurant’s side. As someone with a degree in Hotel and Motel Restaurant Management, I understand the importance of customer service and service recovery. Proper hospitality means resolving issues promptly and fairly when errors occur on the merchant’s behalf. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during this experience. I am genuinely shocked and saddened by how this situation was handled, especially because I rarely eat at Outback Steakhouse and expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care

  The restaurant wasn't busy at all. I ordered the demonico ribeye horrible cut and almost looked like it was microwaved, could only eat less than half of it. The smoke house mac and cheese came out refrigerator cold. It was so bad A guest that sat next to me decided not to even eat and finished his beer and left. Highly disappointed for the price of not even eating
