  Me and my wife left there about 15 minutes ago, and while eating I noticed a LONG wiry black hair protruding from the side of my sandwich, pretty gross wish I could give 0 star instead of one. Also was given a regular coke in place of diet, while not a problem for me, someone with diabetes might like some transparency with the amount of sugar they’re drinking? Flavor of the sub was good that’s what the one star is for

  Honestly the worst service I’ve had in a while. I go to the Jimmy John’s frequently where I live and almost never have an issue, but this store gave me the entirely wrong order. Never coming back here, really disappointed

  I had a great experience at Jimmy John's! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was positive and inviting. My order was made quickly and correctly. Overall, the great service, clean environment, and welcoming staff made for an excellent visit. I’ll definitely be back!

  I came through the drive thru the other day and I was met with the nicest customer service I’ve seen in a while. There was a very nice man who even asked me about my day and created a conversation while they were preparing my food. The foot came out fresh and toasted perfectly. They were pretty busy with people inside and still managed to get my order out super fast. I will be coming back to this location.
