Always busy but so much better than most chicken places. I had a chicken strip box, the strips where the best I ever had at a fast food place. They were juicy and crispy like they should be.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without having my order takenI left and went somewhere else. The manager and the staff were severely confused and had zero idea of how to run a fast food kitchen

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jack’s Restaurant in Meridian, Mississippi, especially about Shay Clayton, the General Manager! We had meals prepared for my son’s football team, including all of the players and coaches, and Shay went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From the very beginning, she was warm, friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. She answered every question I had and made sure I had every detail I needed. What impressed me the most was how genuinely concerned she was about making sure everything went smoothly. She stayed on top of everything and made sure our large order was prepared on time and ready for the entire team at the end of the football game. We didn’t have to wait or worry about anything. Everything was exactly as promised. Shay is honestly one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with when coordinating a large group meal. Jack’s Restaurant is very fortunate to have someone like her leading their team. Thank you, Shay, for making everything so easy and stress-free for us! You truly are the best, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. If you’re ever in Meridian and need a great place to eat or need meals prepared for a large group, I highly recommend Jack’s and especially the team led by Shay Clayton!
