  went yesterday for the first time ever and got the buffalo chicken slider, i never usually just check my food before eating because ive never had a bad experience. Something told me to yesterday and to my surprise i found someones nail in my sandwich.. like they was biting they nails and spit a piece out that came off their finger and it landed in my food i was disgusted!

  The lady who took my order was a little rude. But I assumed she had a long day. It's was close to closing. But the food was delicious and perfect!

  Went there for roast beef sandwiches while on vacation. We do not have any in our home town. Though the food was good, how can an Arby's run out of Arby's sauce? No packets and none for the dispenser. This diminished our sandwiches. Plus no ice in the drink machine. No paper towels in the restroom. Finally, the floors in the dinning room needed mopping. The floors were greasy.

  Worst establishment ever. Fist off - their soft drinks were flat. Then we had to wait around 15 min in the drive thru to get our food that was incorrect. No sauces to be found in the bag that we ordered. No receipt to even see if we paid for sauces? And if we did, I’m going to be even more mad. The sandwich was more bread than meat…thought yall had the meats? Apparently not. And to top it all off we asked for 4 chicken tenders and they gave us 2. Sincerely, A pissed off pregnant woman
