  I ordered a pizza and was in the drive thru for 25 minutes (behind the SUV that was at the window). I called and asked why it was taking so long at the window. I was told, in a rude manner “because we’re trying to get somebody’s order.” When I got to the window, to retrieve my online order, my pizza was cold and soggy. I politely parked, went back in, and got a refund. The manager opened the box, saw the pizza was soggy, and gave me a refund; however, she offered no apology and just handed me my money. She made no conversation with me. The ENTIRE experience was EXTRA rude

  The service was quick and friendly. The only reason it’s 4 stars is the pizza wasn’t extremely appetizing. But that’s not the staffs fault, they’re working with what they have. It was a good pizza for the price although.

  I ordered a pizza well done, extra sauce, and had 5 toppings. I picked it up and when I got there all the drivers were sitting down arguing over who's not going where because they didn't feel like driving. I asked the girl if they were hiring drivers and she got an attitude with me. Well my pizza wasnt well done, had no sauce, missing my pesto topping, and the attitude in the store was so bad. Whoever runs this store is giving pizza hut such a bad name and corporate should take it back. Ordered carry out because last time I ordered delivery it took over 2 hours and my pizza was stone cold. Now I see why, no one wants to do their jobs. Shame on pizza hut and the employees. The employees simply dont care and its extremely sad

  Food is always fresh and hot. But lately its like one or two things missing from my order. No seasoning on my boneless wings, croutons on my garden salad, and only having ranch or thousand island for dressings. We need more of a variety of dressings. Also if I take the time out to pick a sauce for my wings please put my sauce and/or dry rub on my wings.
