  Stopped by on a road trip and the staff was so lovely! Even when I got confused they clarified and were incredibly respectful.

  Great place, food came out Hella fast. Even put up with my kids wanting no hotdogs buns. Lady that brought it out came back with the extra thing quick. Best sonic we've been to in a while, our hometown one sucks.

  We ordered on the mobile app, arrived when we said we would. We waited 15 minutes until the sign said our order was being brought out and then waited an ADDITIONAL 35 minutes before receiving our very cold order. So incredibly frustrating. No one apologized for the wait at all either. And yes, we even clicked the button twice asking and they'd just say "oh yes, it'll be right out". And the only 2 workers bringing food out walked with no purpose and in zero hurry at all. Also, our stuff came out with no receipt. Will never stop here again. Drive 20 more miles to Hattiesburg to the next Sonic.

  We tried to order and they said we could not order because their screen didn’t work! Ridiculous! All we wanted was a pretzel for $2.49. Should not be hard to make that happen without a screen!
