    This location is horrible. Food. Drinks. All of it. Workers just stood in back talking and laughing while we waited to order for a good 15 minutes. Then when they did come to take our order, the girls attitude was horrible. Watched someone try asking her for toilet paper for the bathroom and she just stood there eating her chicken nuggets, completely ignoring the lady needing toilet paper. Rude. The sprite tasted like literal bleach water and they continued to give it to people even though others were taking it back to get something different.. do not recommend this place.

    To who it may concern, best to stop somewhere else, the drink machines have been out forever, can tell the workers what drink you ordered and they give you what they want you to have, buy large and they still give a small... workers more worried about their phones than the customers... if I could give a lower review I would... gotta do better people if you hate your job that much find something else to do.

    Horrible service Stopped in from driving home from pensacola at 530 am. Lunch menu was up, asked her if I could have a breakfast sandwich, not for sure my options since the lunch menu was up, she said ma'am watcha ya want. I said a sausage English muffin with egg and cheese. She said pull forward. Got to the window and I waited for my order to be read back and price and the young man said you need to pay, I said no shit, but what am I paying for. He said a sandwich. 😆 to hungry and tired to argue. Got a Canadian bacon something but whatever, won't stop there again when traveling and won't recommend this place because of rude staff.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the McDonald’s location in Magee, Mississippi. After today’s experience, I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment. I stopped at the drive‑thru to order a meal. From the start, the speaker volume was so low I could barely hear the young lady taking orders. I politely asked twice for the volume to be turned up. On my third attempt, she abruptly cut me off and snapped, “Just drive to the first window.” When I reached the window, I attempted to apologize if she had become upset and to explain that I simply could not hear her. She interrupted me again, this time with an irritated, “Sir, what is your order?” I restated it calmly, paid, and drove away. While driving, I took a bite of my burger and immediately bit into a tough foreign object. Assuming it was onion skin, I removed it and continued eating only to discover my next bite revealed a large piece of wax paper still attached to the patty. I nearly became sick. Although I had already driven about seven miles, I turned around and returned to the restaurant to speak with a manager. A very young woman came to the counter, and I explained both the rude service and the wax paper inside my food. When I showed her the burger and said, “Who wants to eat paper in their meal?” she laughed—then showed it to another employee, who also laughed. Their reaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I demanded a refund and informed them that I had taken photos and would be forwarding them to the corporate office. They continued laughing as they processed the refund. I left the restaurant angry, disappointed, and genuinely concerned about the lack of care, cleanliness, and professionalism at this location. The photos below and this very complaint will be submitted to McDonald’s Corporate Office tomorrow….

    I walked into this McDonald's and ordered 2 cheeseburgers (luke warm) and a large unsweet tea to go. The guy who took my order, Mr. "no" personality, did not hand me my cup. I came back to the counter and said do I get my cups from you? No answer, he just handed me a large cup. I proceed back to the drink station to see that there was no tea there. A woman patron told me there are no drinks. I went back to the counter, same guy, and asked him where is the tea? He just gave me a stupid look, so I pointed to the cup and my receipt and said where can I get my tea. Again, the same patron lady said they don't have any drinks. Nothing works. First of all, tea is not hooked up to the beverage machines so why couldn't someone make tea? Since there was nothing for me to drink, except water, I said I wanted my money back. The guy at the cash register said I have to go get my supervisor. (First words out of his mouth) She came out and gave me my $2.15 refund that they were going to charge for the cup! Unbelievable! I sure hope a manager reads this and finds out who that kid was behind the cash register because he does not need to greet customers because he doesn't know how. I even said good morning to him and he said nothing back. I said have a nice day when he gave me my receipt and he said nothing back. Even the patron lady who told me about the drinks commented about how unfriendly he was. Put him in the back making french fries or something. Get someone nice out front! Also, when you don't have your drink station working, put up a sign. It's as simple as that. I headed outside to my vehicle where two cars pulled up, both knowing each other. I said are you going inside. They said yes. I said there are no drinks so be careful because they are charging you for a cup of water! They said thank you, (she said they were out of something the last time she was there) turned around and got back in their vehicles and left. Whoever the supervisor was on this schedule should also be ashamed of themselves. Make some tea AND put up a sign! My receipt was dated June 1, 2026 at 11:50 AM.
