  Magee, MS McDonald's should be ashamed of the way their employees act. Those girls in the back are smart mouthed and just tossed my food on the counter after I'd been waiting 20 minutes and asked about it. The food must've been ready a while before that because it wasn't even hot anymore. They don't stay long enough for you to get a word out and walk off mid sentence, so you have to wait until one of the employees just happens to reappear. I asked the girls for my drink, The girl that tossed my food at me told me to get a cup from "him" and nobody was there..... I left without my drink since the drink machines in the lobby don't even work and nobody could seem to get me the drink i ordered. Honestly ridiculous. I just wanted to grab food for my kid and it turned into a VERY stressful situation.

  It is 8:30 on Saturday, May 16th. My parents and I ordered our food about 20 minutes ago. There is now a line of people waiting in front of the counter. I had placed my order through the app and it came out quickly. That part was fine. My parents are still waiting and the employees are putting orders up as though they are complete. No one is getting their orders right. When my parents order arrived they didnt give them the frappe my mother had ordered, I went to get my fountain drink filled. I tried three different sodas before giving up because none of them were mixing correctly. We waited to get the frappe, and while we did, all the employees were seemingly hiding in the back; a mass of people waiting to get the rest of their orders or for their orders in general to arrive. A family of 6 leaves, frustrated. The order before us is missing all of their drinks. People are starting to go behind the cash registers to get their own cups and none of the employees are around to care. I know what youre thinking. Its McDonalds. You cant expect much. I get that, but i do have SOME standards. I rarely write a review, but this was the single worst fast-food experience I can recall having. My parents say they had another terrible experience at this McDonalds a year ago, but thought it was a one-off. We will never be back to this one again.

  Easily one of the worst McDonald’s restaurants I’ve ever been to - the place was absolutely dirty with food crumbs all over most of the seats, our order was missing items, the fries had no salt at all on them and every single drink from the fountain was flat… the only thing good was that the restrooms were clean…

  4:13-4:37pm. Got a m&m mcflurry. Trying to stay alert driving. Drive thru was long line and took a very long time and it was ridiculous for the time of day. The mcflurry was also not mixed. M&Ms on top only. But it served its purpose. I was able to keep going all night until my next stop. Drove thru from mid Florida east coast. I was thinking it would be fast to go in and out. But it definitely was anything but fast. Even thou is right of the highway

  McDonald’s is genuinely infuriating at this point, especially when it comes to their so called ice cream machine that is magically “broken” every single time someone orders from it, and I am beyond sick of hearing the same lazy, ridiculous excuse over and over again like customers are just supposed to accept it. It is actually unbelievable that a billion dollar company can be this careless and incompetent, because there is no way that machine is constantly broken, it is painfully obvious people just do not want to deal with it. Stop advertising desserts if you have zero intention of serving them, because all it does is waste people’s time and make the entire place look like a complete joke. It feels disrespectful at this point, like customers are just being brushed off with the same recycled lie, and it is honestly so aggravating it makes me not even want to come back at all.
