  I understand that fast-food and service industry jobs can be demanding, but basic customer service and professionalism still matter. After placing my order and pulling up to the window, several employees were standing around talking and laughing while I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When an employee finally came to the window, she gave me the total and continued talking with coworkers while processing my payment, without making eye contact or engaging with me as a customer. After that, the staff continued socializing while my order was prepared, and the interaction remained inattentive throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and made me feel like customers were not a priority. Good customer service is an important part of any business, and experiences like this are what discourage customers from returning.
