Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JDJessica King (Dar)5 days ago1.0I have never encountered such sheer stupidity I ordered a biscuit with gravy and a piece of sausage on the side I had to repeat my order 15 times to four different people they didn't even give me my total when I pulled around she walked out took my money and brought me a receipt and then went back inside and then I pulled up a little bit when the other two cars in front of me left the lady walked out and said you getting a tea I said no I had a biscuit with gravy and a piece of sausage and she's like what was that and I handed her my receipt and she took it inside and came back out and she said so you haven't paid yet clearly I gave you a receipt where I paid I have never encountered such sheer stupidity over a basic order a biscuit with gravy and a piece of sausage it's not like I went in ask for some complicated order or made a big issue or had even multiple things I had a biscuit with gravy and a piece of sausage why did I have to repeat myself 15 times and then argue over whether I had paid for it or got my food it was a biscuit with gravy and a piece of sausage why did I have to tell five different people my order why was it so complicated

However, hamburger meat was dry & the fries are not the best. We should went to Five Guys & ok paid the extra money for a lunch their. Calesha, Alexis, and Tim made sure I felt like FAMILY and let me try the sweet and spicy burger sauce to make sure it wasn't too hot for my taste and recommended specific condiments on the burger to make it better! Them we had a wonderful conversation and it felt like we were friends. 100% will be back, and recommended anyone to go here! The food is good and fresh and the people there are the best!
