He sat there doing nothing and didn’t even take our order. After waiting for 10 minutes, the woman who finally took our order was also very rude. Overall, I’m disappointed with how our trip went.

The workflow between employees didn’t make sense, and I ended up waiting longer than necessary. One employee stopped making my smoothie midway to be on her phone, which left me standing there awkwardly. Huge lack of coordination and attentiveness.

The big girl just looks at you at the door and does not move. The young thinner girl comes running to open the door when she realizes that someone is there. Customer service is horrible!
