  6/5/26 - Order was 30 minutes late. When I finally got the order, they forgot the brownie. Asked for a refund on the brownie, the workers retrieved the “manager”. This person tossed the pizzas on the shelf behind herself and gave a refund for the whole order and with attitude. Will never use this Pizza Hut again. Order at your own risk!!!

  I will never eat at pizza in Gluckstadt Mississippi. The bread was sour and nasty I don’t recommend

  I've contacted the Global CEO @PizzaHut Aaron Powell with a long detailed message about my distaste for the environment, and the staff at this location. I hope the entire staff is fired!! It's a disgrace to have staff such as them representing @Yum!Brands,Inc and @PizzaHut. If you don't like people, you should not be in customer service. If you don't enjoy your work, or value the quality of your work, then you should find another job. THE MADISON COUNTY COMMUNITY HATE GOING THERE, AND I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

  When I picked up my order for wings, what I got was an order of wings that someone had been eating, along with an open packet of ranch dressing. I watched the employee get them out of a delivery bag they were using to keep them warm. The employee laughed when we brought them back.

  TERRIBLE customer service. Our order was 45 minutes late and have been trying to contact them by phone for over 15 minutes with no answer. I went to the store to see what was up and they said the driver had just left. I informed them I'd be calling for 15 minutes and was told "there's not enough people to answer the phones" and the employees began talking to each other and completely ignoring me no apologies no conpensation nothing. Will never order from this location again.
