  6/5/26 - Order was 30 minutes late. When I finally got the order, they forgot the brownie. Asked for a refund on the brownie, the workers retrieved the “manager”. This person tossed the pizzas on the shelf behind herself and gave a refund for the whole order and with attitude. Will never use this Pizza Hut again. Order at your own risk!!!

  I will never eat at pizza in Gluckstadt Mississippi. The bread was sour and nasty I don’t recommend

  I've contacted the Global CEO @PizzaHut Aaron Powell with a long detailed message about my distaste for the environment, and the staff at this location. I hope the entire staff is fired!! It's a disgrace to have staff such as them representing @Yum!Brands,Inc and @PizzaHut. If you don't like people, you should not be in customer service. If you don't enjoy your work, or value the quality of your work, then you should find another job. THE MADISON COUNTY COMMUNITY HATE GOING THERE, AND I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

  WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THE SERVICE IS AWFUL THE GIRL RUNNING THE REGISTER IS AWFUL DOES NOT WELCOME YOU IN NOR ONLY ASK NAME THEN AS I PUT MY CARD IN SHE SAID HIT ONE OF THE 3 BUTTONS WHICH WAS FOR A TIP WHICH I DID NOT TIP AS I SHOULD NOT AS NO SERVICE WAS GIVEN WHEN SHE SEEN THAT YOU COULD TELL IT JUST BOTHERED HER SHE NEVER SAID THANK YOU COME BACK OR ANYTHING I ASSURE YOU I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND AS THER REVIEWS LOOK MANY PEOPLE WANT THEY WANT LAST MUCH LONGER WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS
